1. General Terms

Welcome to Khoj. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, it is verified before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number and full delivery address are accurate.

 Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, the exact invoice amount must be handed over to the courier partner upon physical delivery.

 Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity, incorrect contact information, or repeated refusal of COD parcels.

3. Shipping & Delivery

 Orders are dispatched nationwide using our registered logistics partners.

 Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination city. Unforeseen courier delays or public holidays may affect timelines.

 Tracking numbers will be shared via SMS/Email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

4. Intellectual Property & Designs

All designs, artwork, custom graphics, typography, and visual brand assets displayed on khojwear.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Khoj. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or commercial resale of our pieces and designs is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Product Accuracy

 All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

 While we strive to display our hoodie cuts, colors, and graphics as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to studio lighting and individual screen displays.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
